MADEKRAFT is a digital agency and digital marketing platform that offers subscription-based digital marketing services for brands. Our primary goal is to work exclusively with select and special clients.
In all the business processes it conducts and the subscription-based and online sales services it offers, MADEKRAFT adheres to the principle defined in Article 18/II of the Turkish Commercial Code: “Every merchant must act like a prudent businessman in all activities related to their trade.” We expect our clients to act in the same manner.
In this context, MADEKRAFT, which believes that the free and open exchange of ideas and products is a fundamental principle of commerce and progress, has created this document to prevent sales that are inconsistent with our mission to make trade better for everyone.
The products listed below are not permitted to be marketed or sold using MADEKRAFT services, either directly or indirectly, or through any digital marketing activities, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Products prohibited by law:
• Betting sites
• Offline sales made through call centers
• Stolen goods, products with removed serial numbers
• Listening devices
• Counterfeit or fake products/services that infringe or misuse intellectual and industrial property rights
• FOREX activities
• Products and services harmful to the mental health of children and young people, or that violate children’s and human rights
• Products/services that violate or exploit animal rights
• Stocks, bonds, securities
• Websites selling products to help pass drug tests (e.g., doping drugs)
• Products/services that are offensive to human dignity, public order, general morals, public security, and health, or that contain violence
• Human organs
• Smuggled or illegally imported products
• Copy-protected and unlicensed products
• Cultural and natural heritage items
• Promotional products of brands
• Lockpicks and lock-opening tools
• Products/services aimed at copying games (R4/modchip)
• Websites engaging in pyramid sales
• Pornographic materials
• Promotional products
• Risky transactions (transactions that may involve any risk)
• Fake documents, IDs, passports, diplomas, titles, etc.
• Fake or replica products
• Products/services obtained through illegal means such as counterfeiting, smuggling, theft, etc.
• Synthetic stimulants (substances known as bath salts, K2, Spice, Genie, Kronic)
• Lottery tickets
• Savings devices
• Bulk email address lists
• Traffic devices (e.g., radar jammers)
• Electronic cigarettes
• Narcotics
• Veterinary medical products
• Websites selling software for hacking and cracking
• Flammable and explosive materials
• Illegal adult websites, sexually explicit/pornographic products
• Banned publications
• Weight loss pills
If a customer is found by a User to be directly or indirectly selling any of the products listed in this Prohibited Products document, please contact us immediately at info@madekraft.com.
Accounts of customers found to be selling prohibited products will be suspended, and all service processes will be permanently terminated.
